MPH Performance at Mkuze Raceway: g80 M3 and X3M impressive times 

 

This past weekend, the MPH Performance team took to Mkuze Raceway to put down some solid times on the strip, and we couldn’t be prouder of our crew!

 

Our beloved BMW G80 M3 put in some serious work, clocking in an impressive 8.81s. It was the fastest G80 M3 at the event for two days in a row, and took home the title of fastest car of the day on the sunday. This was it's first event out with the new single-turbo set up and more development will be done to lower times and take home fastest G80 title in Africa!

 

Our F97 X3M, broke the world-record title for fastest hybrid turbo X3M in the world, delivering a solid 9.58s run. This beast is setting a high standard, and we’re excited to keep pushing its limits.

 

Our other team members making us proud as well! The White G80 M3 doing a 9.4s run with an exit speed of 254km/h even though with it experiencing some mechanical issues, the Grey G80 M3 did a 9.2s run with an exit speed of 242km/h, and unfortunately after 12 prior events the clutches on the Gold F80 M3 eventually gave out and we were unable to do any times. 

We're confident that next time we'll come back stronger, faster, and ready to smash our 8s goals for all.
